Our return policy is very flexible. We accept to refund packages or exchange packages should you not be satisfied with the hair upon its arrival or if the hair you received is under quality, however, no refund shall be made before you receive the hair. Refunds are only acceptable when quality is not matched. You will have to return the hair to us before we issue any refund.
Once you receive your package, we will accept returns within 7 days under the following conditions:
- wefts cannot be unrolled
- hair cannot be modified, brushed, washed or altered in any way
- You cannot "try on the hair"
- tags must be present and hair must be in the original packaging
If those conditions are met, we will issue a full refund or an exchange, depending on the situation. We adhere strictly to this policy for hygienic and health reasons Shipping is paid at the sender's expense. Shipping is non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ask you to send us a picture of the weft, explaining the problem so we can take a look and exchange the pack.
Shall an incorrect item be shipped to you, we will ask for a picture to be taken to confirm our mistake. We will ask you to send us back the hair, respecting the above conditions concerning returns. We will reimburse you the shipping fee, shall a mistake be made on our side.
You can choose to cancel your order by calling us to see if it has been shipped or not. Should the order be already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. You will have to return it and ask for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the sender and we will not reimburse initial shipping fees.
Returns that do not meet the criterias that are mentioned above will not be reimbursed. Clients will have the option to ask for the hair to be returned to them at their own expense.
We ask that you provide us with a tracking number for all returns in order for the above mentions to be valid.
Credit card name and address has to match customer's billing name and address. Should someone else make a payment for you or if you are purchasing a gift, please call us so we can confirm the identity of the card holder and get his consent. If the information does not match, our system will ask you to call in for further verification.
Please note that we adhere to our polices strictly. There are no exceptions. By purchasing you are agreeing to the return and exchange policy. In the case of a client charge back, we will fight the charge back to the fullest extent. Our return and exchange policy is quite clear and forms a legally binding contact. Please ask all questions BEFORE purchasing
Regular Shipping takes 4-5 business days for a flat fee of $30 for 1-5 pieces. We use UPS, DHL or FEDEX.
Delays can happen when there is a high demand: in this case, we will let you know in advance and compensate you accordingly. A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU SHALL YOU NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 60 DAYS.
